In 2017 I lived with a family in the jungles of Equador. They showed me that you do not need modern conveniences to live a fruitful and happpy life. In tune with the land they went about their daily chores with joy, comradarie, and in beauty. Some of the leaves were large enough to use as umbrellas when the rain poured down. Rocks piled one on top of the other made sculptures in gardens that boasted flowers of every color and variety.
